Great crew, paid on time

Worked a 6-month commercial job with these guys. Pay was exactly what they quoted, tools were solid, and the foreman actually knew what he was doing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Good learning environment

Started as an apprentice here. Plenty of variety in the work and they let you learn. Only downside was occasional weekend overtime with short notice.

Good money, busy shifts

Tips were great on weekends. Management is fair and the kitchen runs smooth. Weekday shifts can be slow but overall a solid fine-dining gig.

Decent but night shifts are rough

Tips are okay and the training program is solid. But the overnight schedule wrecked my sleep and turnover is high. Good starter casino job if you can handle the hours.

Best gig work I've had

Flexible per-event scheduling, paid same week, and the events are upscale so tips are excellent. Bookings can be inconsistent though — not a full income.

Steady work, fair pay

Year-round work as promised. Crew is experienced and safety is taken seriously. Wish the benefits kicked in sooner than 90 days but otherwise no complaints.
